About this project
Ashway Construction carried out external maintenance and specialist cleaning works at a commercial warehouse facility in Daventry, Northamptonshire. Acting as Principal Contractor, the project involved high-pressure jet washing and cleaning of the building's external cladding, alongside the surrounding concrete courtyard and operational areas. The works focused on removing accumulated dirt, surface staining and organic growth, restoring the building's external appearance and improving the presentation of the commercial premises — delivering cleaner building elevations and concrete surfaces and a professional, well-presented commercial property.
